Meet & Greet is a service provided by some transfer companies. Your driver will pick you up at your airport arrival gate, with a sign indicating your name.
What does "Flight Monitoring" mean?
Your driver will verify your flight arrival time and adjust the pick-up time in case of changes to the flight schedule.
Why do I need to give my email address and phone number to complete a reservation?
Your contact details will be shared with the transfer company, who will send a booking confirmation directly to your e-mail or phone. Some transfer companies also use your contact details to communicate further details like driver name, phone number or license plate number in advance.
How can I order a baby seat or child seat?
Baby seat, child seat or any other extra equipment can be requested using the remark section of your booking page.
Do I get a confirmation voucher for my reservation?
Your transfer company will issue a confirmation voucher and send it to your e-mail address once the reservation is completed.
How can I retrieve my reservation?
To retrieve your transfer reservation, please go to "Manage my booking" and enter your Booking Identification Number (i.e. YKQJQM).
How can I cancel my reservation?
The 'Manage My Booking' page also provides you with an option to cancel your reservation.
Is cancellation free of charge?
Cancellation policies are managed directly by your transfer provider. You can verify the cancellation rules in the terms and conditions section.
What is the difference between standard, business and first class?
The differences in vehicle classes refer to vehicle model, number of passengers accepted in the car and service level provided.
